2. Our Services

Services are provided subject to availability and in accordance with your location and job requirements.

3. Service Booking & Cancellations
a. Booking

  • Bookings may be made online, via phone, or through our mobile dispatch.

  • You must provide accurate location and vehicle/service details at the time of booking.

b. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee (up to 100% of the service charge).

  • Concrete delivery cancellations must be made minimum 24 hours prior to avoid material costs.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required before or immediately after the service, depending on job type.

  • Accepted payment methods: card, cash, or digital transfer.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • After-hours service

    • Extra mileage or waiting time

    • Complex or oversized jobs

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete service information.

  • Ensure safe access for our vehicles and staff.

  • Be available at the scheduled time.

  • Comply with any safety instructions from our team.

Failure to comply may result in service refusal or additional charges.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • ReadyBuddy will take reasonable care in providing services. However, we are not liable for:

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party factors.

    • Loss or damage due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

    • Incidental damage due to lifting/towing in emergencies unless caused by negligence.

Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

  • You must not attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the website.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse is detected.
